Privacy Policy

Travellercounselling.ie collects name and contact number from potential online counselling clients as a part of the session booking mechanism.

These details are not stored anywhere but are delivered via secure e-mail to the individual counsellor in question. Counsellors make all reasonable efforts to keep these details secure, including:

  • permanently deleting e-mails containing this information once no longer needed;
  • Limiting access to their e-mail accounts via secure password protection of e-mail account(s) and device(s);
  • Not sharing of this information to any third parties, and
  • Treating this information as highly confidential.

You should not engage with this service if you do not accept the Terms of Service and the above privacy information.
